recent development in politics really makes us filipino to speculate and think over what is happening in our country specially with the controversy in which former president GMA and DOJ secretary DE Lima is in fierce legal battle with regards to the issuance of no travel permit for the former president to the other country. the said travel banned on the former president is about the alleged frauds and corruptions being prepared by the present administration to be filed against GMA. the camp of GMA has able to acquire a TRO from the supreme court against the travel banned because there is no case being filed against her.GMA was bound to go abroad for Singapore for her scheduled medical appointment. but everybody was surprised as the immigration officers confiscated their passports and didn't allow them to leave. with these developments in which the DOJ is doing the opposite with what the supreme court has decided, then it has been said that the executive is apparently ignoring the said court is somehow constitute what we can say a negative scenario that may pose a constitutional crisis between the executive and the judiciary department of our country. what i can say is that, in a matter of decision making it is very important to respect every department decision and if the concern department have any question or petition about the decision then let it be resolved after. if the health condition of GMA is concern then why not let her go and seek medical care abroad as she wishes, that's her legitimate right, if our government will hold her and something becomes worse for her health, then much bigger problem will is awaiting this present Aquino government specially in answering to the constitutional rights of GMA which they deprive and withold from her. what is your opinion about this issue.

I think there is no Constitutional crisis because there is no conflict both of the department of the government. They only implement the rule of law and no one question about it...If the supreme court did not matter the government orders and legislators oppose those orders from the supreme court and makes in conflict of the constitution that might be the trigger of constitutional crisis...
But at this time as far as my opinion is concern. There is no constitutional crisis

I guess we are on the verge of a constitutional crisis looming already. But the thing is I think Judiciary made a rush decision on the petition of Arroyo on her planned departure and it seems to me that SC never heard the side of the executive department why they are holding her flight. It is obviously that GMA still has a strong clout over the Judiciary as she was able to replace almost half of the judges in SC. So we are seeing repayment of gratitude towards the former president. Now that executive department is defiant the sympathy goes with the other side because of this.
On the other hand, the executive department may have some lapses in their duty to properly prosecute them that is why GMA took this opportunity to leave the country while there is no pending case filed against them. So there is something to be blamed with the Executive as well. Now they are implementing this hold order as a desperate move to stop them from leaving the country which I think is their fault as well.
