How would you assess your current President basing on his/her performance and leadership? Is your president responsive about the country's issues? Rate it! 10 is the highest and 1 is the lowest then support your answer. thanks.

10+! The nation could very well have gone off the financial cliff in 2008 after "The Great GOP 2007-8 Recession" .. it did not ... thanks to the difficult choices President Obama and advisors made! Also, the President as Commander-In-Chief has in fact keep this nation safe! I can't think of any other contenders for POTUS being in any foreign affairs leadership position at this time ... I'm most proud to be represented globally by President Barack Obama!

First of all, welcome to mylot! Obama gets an 8 from me, a RINO Republican. I am upset taht my party has not compromised with the President to address problems that he has shown he wants to address. If Obama had stood his ground more regularly and explained his real policies, that would have forced the GOP to make their positions and their range of what is accepted more clear. I hope that he is successful, then we will all be successful.

Hello jay and welcome to myLot. As for rating this president I would rate him at zero. He will not work with congress and has started class warfare. He threatens to veto bills that doesn't raise taxes. Look at the occupy wall street and the mess that is going on there. He has encouraged the occupy wall street and now they are going after working people preventing them from getting to work and threatening children going to school. He has denigrated the united states several times calling us lazy. He has crippled the growth with his regulations. He puts his cronies in offices ie. Jeffrey Immelt head of GE a company that takes jobs out of our country and pays no taxes. When we are so far in debt he calls for less travel then runs off to Asia. He has spent so much time campaigning he can't get any thing done.

Somehow, I don't know how to rate the president. Because I get this feeling that this government is more focused on vengeance and personal vendetta. Maybe that's just me but with everything going on that's the way I see it. I mean, I applaud the quest for change and justice. We need that. As long as we stay focused on the goal of where we see our nation is headed.

ZERO for President Obama. The reason is the liberal machine running behind him has influenced his policies that now destroy America. I wish him the best and always pray he comes up with a solution to this debacle but everytime I turn on the news I scratch my head wondering "If this were any other President would he be getting away with even half the things he has done?" the answer is NO! The media holds him on a pedestal and I fell strongly that this isn't healthy not challenging Obama and his policies. Instead we find our the world falling for him in droves and no one seems to realise the impact his policies have on our future. It's simply Frightening!
