What's the right age for a baby to say the first words?

I have two wonderful daughters. My first one become to say her first words when she was 7 months and only since a while the second, who is 9 months only started to say ehr first words. I'm wondering if there's a right age for a baby to say the first words...my sister has two daughters who learnt a lot of words in a few time while my first one is going to talk less fast than them. what do you think about?
