I need help... HORRIBLE cooker here LOL

Hello jenna and welcome to myLot. Heres what I do to make dressing I get some turkey necks and simmer them with carrots and celery and onions. When the necks are tender and fall off the bones I debone them and throw the vegetables away as they don't taste very good. I then add seasonings such as poultry seasoning or thyme, sage and rosemary. until I like the taste. I also add some chicken soup base. All to taste before adding to the old or stale bread. Before adding the broth I add celery and onions to the bread then the broth and an egg or two depending on how much dressing I am making. Make sure your broth has the flavor you want before adding to the bread. Start with the seasoning a little bit at a time until you like the taste.. Look on the net for a green bean casserole with celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. I am with my daughter and made green bean casserole last year and her family didn't like it so this year we are doing a broccoli casserole instead.
