Why it's soo hard to find a perfect job when you are a fresh grad???

Now a days being a grad is not enough, you should have some special skills to get a /good / perfect job. "Employers always want to know what makes you different from others"

newly grad is as if you dont know nothing coz you dont know where & how to start... How could I make myself better & different from the others anyway?

Internet is your good friend, you can search on the internet for getting ideas about latest trends of the industry, demands and professional skills / courses. You can make your self better & different from others by learning what others don't know yet.
You can also make some friends on the internet and get information about their jobs and how they manage it. Also joining few job portals, and related forums is a good idea. Develop your skills, learn new things and i am sure employers will be impressed by your knowledge and skills.

it's a process friend. Before we can reach a certain goal we should always have to go through steps 1,2 and so on. Before we can achieve our goals and objectives in life, we must have to carry out first certain "interventions" with efficiency and patience so that come "Evaluation" time it'll be more sweeter.
