How do you feel about your skin? Do you like your complexion or are you unsatisfied? What do you do to take care of your skin?

My skin is black and i do not really have any problem with it. My only problem is that it is very dry and i have to moisturize frequently.

Majority of the time, I am content my skin complexion and color. However, there are times when I wish that it was smoother, whiter and many more greater. I try very hard to healthy but there are times when I do neglect myself and my health due to work, stress and everyday duties. Drinking water is always on top of my list as well as using mild soaps. I don't use cosmetics since I always end up with an allergy when used. My skin routine is pretty simple but for me, it is always effective.

I have never bothered about my skin complexion all my life and now i am at that stage of my life where it does not matter any more.I am happy what God has given me and quite contented. What others say about it does not bother me.Of course i take care of my skin but am not fanatical about it.

Do you mean you want lighter skin? If that is what you want then there are creams on the market for making skin lighter. However I think that beauty can be achieved without changing what you already have. All you need to do is make the most of all you are. Stay healthy. You are like a seed that can either be nothing special or can grow into a huge tree, you just need to decide that you will become all you can be.

I feel okay about my skin, I like the color of it but I don't like the texture- since I have oily skin and big pores. I get acne because of it, I tried some cleaning stuff and soap but nothing works..

I love my skin complexion which is fair. I am satisfied with it as long as I don't get allergies, but sometimes when I get burned or tanned by the sun, I use whitening to return to my normal complexion :) Good day!

It is good that you are satisfied with your complexion while still taking small measures to maintain it. That is very smart

Some people say I have good skin and a good complexion. But, as almost girls are, I'm not convinced! Well, I'm a bit more on the yellowish side not too tan, not too white. Not prone to acne, but I hate my pores and I have a tendency for warts. Some people say that I have healthy skin because I perspire a lot. I guess that most toxins are removed that way. I always (almost always) apply moisturizer. I try to drink a lot of water. Also, I love fruits (lots of Vit. C in them, which is good for the skin). How often I get a facial? Mmmm... maybe once a year!

To be honest, I am not totally fine with my skin. i have some acne scars and I wish they'd go away. ANyway I use suitable products for my skin and I think that is what I am doing to take care of it. ANd I also drink lots of water. Makes my skin feel better.

i am a fair complexion skin color, but i wish to be a whiter skin but i can't, maybe i accept what God is given me. i also want my hair to become straight but i can't, and expensive as someone said there are some maintenance to it. i think the most important thing of all is to maintain our selves healthy and not those skin colors or straight hairs...

hello there! There are times that I wish I have a whiter skin but being asian, I have a fair to dark complexion. I am not into whitening products though. In crowds, I don't know if it is mentality of my countrymen, whiter people get easily noticed that "commoners". Or is what I only think?

If you really want to take care of your complexion then try to maintain a proper balance between exposing your skin to heat and cold. Too much heat or too much cold is not good for the skin. Clean your skin regularly (face, hand and legs) to maintain the complexion. If you ask me, I am not too concerned about my complexsion to be honest, as I am happy with what I have.

I have never met a woman 100% satisfied with her appearance. Hair, skin, body shape, nails etc we all see problems where somebody else cannot. My advice is to embrace our bodies, cherish them, take care of them and enjoy life. Of course I am one of these women: I didn't like my fair skin and my curly hair. Now I know that I cannot change that and that is easier and healthier to accept my features and try to work with what I have. It is easier to work with the given material than to try to change it. My favorite skin care method is the oil cleansing method. It works, I have wonderful results and is insanely cheap. I regret the days when I spent hundred of dollars on expensive skin care products.
