Nope I don't think so, you can post whatever you want on blogger, but I advice that you get a private hosting if you are serious with your business

I don't think so. I guess Blogger is quite open about the contents users wanna post in them, unless someone reports your site to Blogger, only then it will be removed. If not, it should be relatively safe, judging from the many kinds of blogs i've seen. Moreover, u are providing a one stop service for people visiting your blog, so i don't see why u are violating the TOS blogger. haha Go ahead and try, if it's not approved, u can always opt for wordpress.. haha

yes, you may just try to open free site using blogger first. i don't think this kind of business is violating any of the TOS of blogger. you may consider paying for private hosting only if you believe that your business will grow big very soon or if you were afraid that blogger may terminate your account by accusing you of violating their TOS.

Blogger is for personal blogs. Before they blocked my blog, obviously have case when TOS don't accept to use blogger to earn. But I'm not sure. You can write them or ask in Blogger Help forum.
