How to pronunciation the R and RR in Spanish ??? I can not do that .

I know it is very difficult to pronounce the rolling R for Japanese, Chinese, and native English speaking people. Ic ome from the Middle East, so I speak Arabic. And the Arabic "R" is very similar to the Spanish R, since I took some Spanish lessons years ago. I don't think I can really help you by writing here, since tongue demonstration and listening to the R from a native is, indeed, much more helpful. YouTube, I believe, is the solution. Just search for "Rolling R", and I'm sure you'll get a bunch of beneficial videos to guide you. It's great you're learning languages, and your English is pretty decent! Keep going on, hone your English and Spanish skills by practicing, and I'm sure you'll go far!
