How many hours do you sleep everyday ? life or sleep which one is important ?

Local time 23.47 and I should go to bed earlier . I am the guy that like sleep and I can sleep 14 hours if I have time . hahh ... I do not know why . But the life ,the work and others reasons I can not enjoy this , I just sleep for 7 hours a day . Otherwise , I believe we should less sleep because I want to enjoy life too . When I sleep I feel the time flys and I can not stop it . So the only way to stop it is sleep less ........ OMG, this ambilvalience ... I can not say and I can not know which one is right . So ,what about you ?

One feels too much sleepy according to the depressions of life also not every one.Some like working and working due to tensions and money wanting.These also can not sleep well for a long period.N o one can stop sleep as it is really hard to do so.If sone one is really sleepy there would not be a need for a good place too.

Hahah , all right ,we just in the same circumstances . As we know , life is more important . And that imagine a story about Rich and Poor . Hmmm , how can I say ..... That's a lone story ....

Yes life is more important ,but to live a healthy life we need other things also like good sleep ,healthy living and good food,with good friends. I would like to listen to the story ,if u can say it,though its a big and a long one.

I think the story is ahout a Rich man and a Poor man , but I can not write it down so I will try to give you the approximately idea . A Rich man go to the beach and enjoy his life when I find a Poor man is fishing . The poor has very good skill and only a mins he got many big fishes . Then he stoped and make barbecue ,eat them all and went to a place to enjoy the sunshine . The rich go to the poor and talk with him: " Hi , I find u have very good skills in fishing , why don't you keep on fishing ?" The poor feel strange and said :"Why should I go on fishing ?" The rich:" YOu can get a lot of fishes and then you can sell them to earn money." The poor :" Why should I have money and I do not think I should use that ." The rich :" Then you can buy a boat and use the net to get more fish , and you can earn more money and can buy a bigger boat like steamship that you can make a lot of money ." The poor :" What the meaning for the large amount of money ??" The rich :" With the money you can hired people for you to earn money ." The poor :" Then ???" The rich :" Then you can enjoy your life on the beach and the sunshine forever ." And here is the poor said :" But I am enjoy the beach and the sunshine now!!!!" Can you understand what I say ??? I read this story many years before and I think you may read this too . NOT funny but still meaningful ,hehehhee

Hi leon, I too feel that I should sleep without any disturbance until I wake up naturally on my own having rested completely.But, as you say we cannot do this, not even once since there are things to be done and one has to do everything on time ! I sleep for 6-7 hours a day since I too sleep late and have to wake up at a certain set time to be ready for the day...Wish I could go away for 3-4 days somewhere where I am alone and could sleep all the time and come back totally refreshed or bored ?, am not sure LOL

I agree with you, sleep and wake up naturally. I must not matter how busy we are, we should try to sleep for at least 6 hours a day, is good for our health and i learn t makes you have a longer life span.

Yes , I got it . You mean we should go to bed and get up in a certain time then we can have biological clock natually . Yse , you are right . we should have this good habit . Thanks , You are great .

hey dude i think we both share same characteristics i also sleep very long. i enjoy sleeping, tat too wen i sleep with my koosipappu i don see the time at all, i hug koosipuppy and sleep. And by the way koosipappu is my pillow he he he

Hi, I usually sleep around 6 to 7 hours per day. For me both life and sleep is equally important for I cannot enjoy one in the absence of another. Lack of sleep will lead to mood swings and leaves one in the state of depression. The whole day just might turn out to be miserable. So,in order to enjoy what life has to offer to its fullest, everyone needs to have a good night sleep. Keeping a healthy and vibrant mind will enable us to make a wise decision when facing situations. A result of a good sleeping pattern.

Yes you are right ,we should keep enough sleep first and then start to finish work . Maybe the work time need some more hours , but I mean , you konw , pay attention on our sleep problem is good .

I really think that I get a good solid seven or eight hours of sleep tonight. Of course some nights, sleep is not as easy to come by as I would like it to be. There are many sleepless nights. Many nights where I toss and turn, as I try and find my way to sleep and it is a struggle to say the very least. I really think that there is never enough time in the day but cutting out sleep will actually put us more behind, then further ahead when you really consider things. there are just a lot of times where when I'm not having enough sleep. I move about three times as slow. That is just the state of the matter. Seven or eight hours of sleep is important to charge my batteries.

Yes , I absolutely understand what you tell me .I am not the one who can goet a good solid hours of sleep . I usually go to bed when I actually want to and get up when I need to .Some times I can not sleep when I consider lot of things , so I am not sure abhout my sleep time . Somedays about 4 hours and some 10 hours above . Maybe I should pay more attention this to keep better healthy.

sleep is a very important to our health lack of sleep means lack of energy to do the daily task and obligation, one must get enough sleep, as for me i used to sleep when I feel tired already and wake up with full of energy.

Except my daily demand . I go to sleep when I feel being hurted and it can cure me , I mean helpful . Haha , You are right but I do not think I can get enough sleep , as I have said , so many reasons . But ,I will try .

Hi Leon... Please do not sacrify your sleep, if you wish to enjoy life to the fullest. see it this way, if you sacrify sleep for a few days, you'll become dull and lazy and your face will show it... Why, your whole body will reflect the tiredness and lack of sleep... Don't do that.. It won't let you enjoy life... Take care... :)

Important is to keep yourself as healthy as possible. Body and mind. Without sleep or a lack of sleep you will get all kind of health problems. Taking away someones sleep will drive someone crazy (that is why the police is using that too).

I slept about 20 years or longer for only 2-4 hours a night, now I sleep a bit longer (about 6) some periods I can't sleep at all (20 years too busy too much work or too tired to sleep, now mostly it's pain). I do need to sleep more, so I hope I will be soon able to catch some more sleep.

I sleep around 8 hours now.But I have slept less and more in different parts of my life.Personally I like 8 hours and think it is enough for me but some days I just feel very very sleepy and take a nap in the afternoon.I don't think sleeping stops you from enjoying your life since I enjoy sleeping way too much so while I am sleeping I am still enjoying my life:P But if you feel you are sleeping way too much and it stops you from living then yea you may find different hobbies and sleep less. Thanks for you opinion . I think life is tough for me now . So I do not feel life is fabulous for me just now . But ,we must earn enough for a good life , for enjoy good foods , for better health care , for more leisure time ... So , compare to tough life ,I think sleep is attractive for me ...
