I saw Rosemary Altea in tv. How can we know if those people say the truth?

I think that A FEW people really do believe that they see (or feel) "angels". Whether this is an actual vision or a 'feeling' or just some sort of 'wishful thinking', we really have no way of knowing. Then, of course, there's the story of how Rosemary Altea's accountant managed to steal $200,000 over 7 years.
