i need to take a rest.

in three day, i feel so tired. cause i just sleep 3 day per our. i was learn from cyber maya to hard but i still not get what i want. and when i wanna sleep, our housemaid always bothered me with her loud sound. i have a bad habbit too. coffee and smoke, also browsing 10 hour per day just for get new information. if i was shocked while i sleep, i can't sleep again. now i can't login too long. i must take a rest. i not want typhus in my body relapse.

we were travelling on the same train but not in the same compartment,so u were doing mylot and i was also doing mylot only the thing is that we did not come across till day.As soon as i saw ur topic i thought of saying a hi and discussing ,so well have a nice time and enjoy mylotting.

Rest is the best remedy to a tired body. You cant work properly if you are too tired .. You can have that good sleep if you will take a warm bath and a warm milk before you go to bed.. Now off to bed you go.. :-)

uhh, i forgot about other bad habbit i have. i hate milk. i don'tknow what happen in my body, if i drink milk, i get stomach, and i throw up the milk.

me, i drink coffee to be able to sleep early.Some find it weird because they say one suppose to not fall asleep after drinking coffee. :-)But it works for me.

The best rest for our human body is a sound sleep which gives a good rest to your mind and also to your body. And if u still feel stress they why not try Yoga or meditation these are proved to give relaxation to your mind and body. Drink a lot of water and listen to smooth slow songs as this may give rest to your mind. Live healthy live long

Nothing is a important as health. without health you can not use your full potential. Then: you sleep!! Coffee is good in the morning because it helps you wake up. At night you prefer a green tea (peppermint, lemon balm..) Take a warm bath. The history shows that many good ideas were conceived during or after a good night's sleep. Dont forget to pray to God give you a good rest. You will see that the next day your work will yield more

Have you contracted typhoid fever before? Is that what you mean by typhus? If you are afraid of the relapse then better take a rest so that your body can fight the bacteria. Boosting one's immune system is one way to help cure or prevent typhus. Maybe you should try to at least slowly change your routine. Instead of staring at the internet for 10 hours, make it 5 for example and read a really boring book on your bed time. Reduce also the intake of coffee 'cause it's very effective for me. I'm kinda insomniac, but changing my habits helped especially milk. But since you are lactose intolerant, try tea, i think the best one is chamomile. Always?oh my?!But the disease is curable, right? So you are a carrier now. So sad to hear that. You can prevent it though not cure by drinking sterilized water and eating lots of fruits particularly citrus. Avoid also street foods and those that can bloat your tummy.

Actually, I have plenty of sleep lately, especially during the afternoon nap. I might want to exercise a bit, and I want to make my body fit instead to be lazy around my bed. Lately, I feel like I should also exercise my brain, since I feel like that I am not smart enough. Hopefully, I will get around.

I recommend you to rest and stop smoking and drinkng coffe those things are not good for you,being a mother working at home and online take a lot of energy from you so you have to recover your strenght and sleep at least 6 or seven hours, try to do it and you will see that next day you will feel new.

i always try it, but it make my emotion ride up. i always angry if i not smoke in three day's, and i need a sugar cause my body can drop down so fast. i try to drink milk, but after that, i threw up the milk. something strange in my body make me feel disturb.

Drink milk instead of coffee. Avoid not to smoke as well. These are stimulants that can keep you awake.

learn to gradually stop those bad habits you have be active in sports or exercise..that will divert you from doing your bad habits..you need to take a rest because sleep is very important..go to bed earlier that usual everyday to practice your body in sleeping early

hello friend, health is very important for us you should to minimize about browsing online sleep regular sleeping for adults is 6 to 8 hours. coffee and smoke is one of the cause also its hard to sleep,minimize also that coffee and smoke co'z they are rich of caffeine, before you sleep drink milk maybe it would helps you.

What you probably mean is you only sleep 3 hours per day. If that's so, you will really get tired. Our body needs at least six hours a day to recharge. If your sleep get easily disturb you might want to try to eat popcorn before sleeping. I read an article before that says popcorn is better than milk in making us fall into a good sleep.

I think what you meant is in three days I feel so tired because in 3 days I sleeo only an hour per day? am I right? it was hard to understand at first.Yes you need to get some good sleep,do not drink coffee too soon before bed time as caffeine will keep you awake., I am like you if I am startled when asleep I have a hard time getting back to sleep.So you had typhus so thats probably run your system down too. just relax and try to get some really good quality sleep .

hello henki! Yes you should try to take some more rest. When I'm too exhausted being online for long hours, I feel so sick. and what I do is sleep really early, I have no choice since I feel throwing up if I still force myself looking at the screen and thinking hard what to write here or reading information on the net. Don't tire yourself too much.
