I am self employed,so this problem doesn't effect me.Losing trust of co-workers and boss makes it difficult for us to work. Not being appreciated for the work we have put in is also a reason to quit current work.Doing work for which we do not have the aptitude is another reason.

I hope I could be like you one day and get out of this dirty pit I am in. I just want to enjoy life with my family but people are giving me so much pressure. I just hope I could get a sufficient income where I could give the right education for my children. Hoping you could share me some tips...

I have had my difficult days. The fact that you want to work, acquire new skills and improve yourself shows your desire and initiative to improve. After marriage ,i acquired a law degree. Is it possible for you to acquire more skills by doing a course in the evenings after work so that you will be sought at in your organization?

If i feel that my projects are going nowhere, if i see that my boss is really not helping me and is pushing me to deliver results that are really not attainable.. and if i do not get an increase! everybody needs a raise and prices increases dramatically everytime.. i will need to have to be compensated well.

Hi R3jcorp, when i was still working before, i don't simply resign from my job. I will only resign if the increment is not really good and the working relationship with my co-workers or boss isn't going smoothly. But, usually i will still continue working in my that company until i have manage to find another better paying job. So, it is always better to find another good paying job readily available before you quit your current job. Happy posting to you and hope you will get another better job soon.

Finding a suitable new job. Or any other form of activity I'd earn an income in. That's the only thing from keeping me from resigning. I hate everything about my job.
