It is good to use these onscreen keyboard in public areas to prevent the keyloggers. But if we use on screen keyboard you must secure that there is no one viewing on your back what you do on the Internet because using these onscreen keyboard they could easily see you Internet password and usernames.
The better way to avoid these keyloggers is to check the back of the System Unit of the computer and see if there is an extension of the PS2 port for the keyboard and this could really be a keylogger.let us be precautionary on these things because they could steal our private Internet life.

using the internet on public areas then you must be aware too that if there is no people behind your back doesn't mean that we are already safe....
a lot of public paid internet stations used a software controller such as:
1. PCAnyware
that the internet staff using his main computer server will monitor what the client internet users doing,
and what the internet client user see on his/her monitor screen is also what the store staff see and monitor it also...

On screen keyboard is cool, but i will only use it in a safe private area. Other than than that, i won't recommend on screen keyboard because it means we are so close to the screen and it doesn't do our eye sight any better. I prefer the usage of real keyboard, for at least i have something to type on, naturally and safely. Furthermore, if the sensitively on the screen decreases along with time and heavy usage, typing would be a hassle then.

Well, yes I have no problem with my on screen keyboard. I think its okay since it integrate part of the OS and really handy rather than must carry eternal keyboard all the way. I have used onscreen keyboard since PDA era and no problem until now.
