pregnancy exercise or prenatal yoga?

My friend has problem on her 24 weeks pregnancy, she has leg and stomach pain and also on her back..I have heard than during this semester of pregnancy, women must doing some kind of exercise to let body adopt and skretch and to avoid this kind of problem.. I wonder on how to help her instead of consume so many pain relieve afer consult with doctor, I found many prenatal exercise on youtube but not sure which one is recommended..Do you have any recommendation or any experience on doing this kind of exercise? please share your experience or knowledge about this, I know not easy for pregnant women but its natural to resolve this problem..

Well I suggestion as mother my self is for to take it easy. If she is hurting the. She is already pushing herself. Just walking around the house is enough. If she pushes to hard early labor will start. Just moving around is enough for a pregnant and doctors say if it hurts to not do it.

Hi omchesunche! Walking is the best exercise(^_^) wear a comfortable shoes(^_^) Stomach pain? Avoid drinking cold water and softdrinks.. For her back.. Stand Straight in a wall, not facing the wall bend your knees slowly(body should be straight)..10times everyday! Indian sit, your back should be straight then slowly put your left hand to your right knee.your and vice versa right hand to left knee..10 times everyday!(^_^) GOODLUCK!
