factoidz problem-help me please if you can

I write for factoidz and due to some reason, I have two strikes, one more and I will lose my membership
, I think. Problem is, last week, I wrote an article and submitted it to factoidz, they kept it under pending approval for four days and while I was submitting it, the net connection was lost and came back within a minute. so, I thought there was a problem and resubmitted it again. The result is the same article has been published twice, and very soon, I might get kicked out for submitting twice. I tried to contact them, but no reply, what to do? can anyone plea give me contact link o answer to this problem? I am so scared
because they have no heart and reject without any explanation.

Are you new at Factoidz? They would understand it if you have submitted an article twice. They will remove the other one, of course, but they will not kick you out of factoids because of it. I have done that, I mean I also submitted articles twice because of technical problems but they did not remove me from factoids.

An article writing site, just like Bukisa but much better. I don't know about Associated Content and eHow how they earn there but I like it in Factoidz :)

thank you dear neelia_lyn, my mistake is I submitted it under different sub category because I thought I made a mistake the first time, I think each category has a different editor, so the confusion. did your article get published twice and how do you contact them? Thanks for the support.

The reason my article was published twice because I hit the button 'refresh'. It got published twice but the money earned was just for one. It even showed in my 'View my factoidz" that I have published it twice. But later on, they fixed it. No need to contact them. This thing happened I think about 4x to me but they fixed it. Relax! Yes they do, prepare an article on some topic like health and submit it after signing up. then they will contact you if you accepted and you can submit the same article that you gave for approval and there is no minimum payout, so if you write two a day and promote thru twitter and Facebook and through comments on others, you will get a decent amount by the end of the month, the problem is they are very strict with English language, so even a punctuation mark will have to be correct. otherwise its a gold mine. in my case, I am put off easily by rejection, that's why. best of luck
