Page not showing up

I have a blog that I have put in my profile. I liked the layout and so instantly chose it. It has been more than six months that I am using this format. However, I suddenly thought of updating my pages. I have taken three of them on the index page. However, the pages show up as the news shows on the index page. I mean, they do not open in full and that's why the other content is not visible even when I click on "Read More". What do I do? Please help me. I don't want to change the theme yet keep the pages opening in full. Please guide me.
