Nepal is a abeautiful landlocked country in south asia. Nepal is one of the most visited country in the world. Birth place of Lord Gautum Buddha, Nepal is paradise for all. The world's highest mountain, Mt. Everest is in Nepal. Have you guys visited Nepal yet? The capital city Kathmandu is one of the famous and beautiful city. Historically and culturally, it has the most unique way of lifestyle. Do you know more about Nepal. Please share.

I agree! Nepal is a truly spectacular country! I was lucky enough to visit twice while I was living in India in 1978-1981. I saw Mt. Everest, and Mt. Machapuchari and Lake Phewa in Pokhara, and it was an awe-inspiring sight! Fruit-bats and monkeys also played a part in my fascinating experience of everyday life there! My only time in Kathmandu was when I was reporting to the local police that my bedroll had been stolen from the top of the bus while I had been out taking pictures of Mt. Everest! They just laughed!

Hi! mandolingirl, nice to know that you visited nepal twice. And sorry to know that your bedroll was stolen, police laughing at you report was so unfriendly behaviour. I apolozise for the behaviour. There are so many flaws in my country so i hope you are mad about that. But still it is a beautiful country, the natural beauty here can attrack anyone in the world. You are really lucky to visit twice.
