A good day to all of you here in mylot.com. I believe we all have dreams when we were still young. Admit it, don't you? During childhood my dream was to become a teacher. I always have this reason that being a teacher, you will be able to help the future leaders of the country and also to inspire others. However, not all dreams come true. Now that I am in college, I didn't take up Education. Instead I am taking up International Studies.

Now I am dreaming to be also a good photographer. But my problem now is that I don't have the equipment. I am really dying to have one camera that is fit for photography.
Good for you because you have already travelled. I don't know with me when I will be able to travel abroad or just here in our country.

Your dream is very interesting. I am sure you love doing that. What do you interpret anyway? What places have you been into? I also love to travel. But as of now it is quite not achievable since I am still studying. Study first in order to reach my dreams.

Dreaming ...it is there to stay in the minds of the youngsters. They build castles in the air. Nowadays most of the young ones dream quite a lot of happy and comfortable living. It is dreams come true...that is what most young generation dream a lot of these days.

When I was younger I told my self never to become a teacher because of the hard works I saw on my relatives being teachers. But fate had it, I became a teacher and spend some of my prime years sharing knowledge to children. I did not know that I will enjoy it and did not regret any single day I spent being on school teaching innocent children about fasts in life.

If not being a teacher my friend, what was then your dream when you were still young? I am curious what it is. Now you ended up being a teacher that you really hated. Fate is fate. We can do nothing about it. I know you have regret because what you have become now. Just be thankful instead.

Hello,
I would like to share my dream when I was child, I want to be a Civil Engineer but unfortunately my Mom doesnt want it. Instead I took up Computer Engineering and now I am satisfied with it. Well I can say that I am successful in my chosen career because I am now applying my course in one of the top IT companies here in the Philippines.

I really wanted to be a doctor when I was young, I think most kids do. I have a stethoscope toy before and I do play as a doctor and my patients are my dolls. I didn't end up as a doctor, I've taken Business Admin in College and now I'm working as an Analyst.

We have the same situation here. When I was 5 years old, we were ask if what is our ambition, then I said that I want to be a doctor. That ambition was written in our yearbook, and I can still reminisce those times everytime I took a look to my yearbook. But when I reach in 4th year high school, I've changed my mind, I don't know why...Those times,I WASN'T SURE ENOUGH if what course should I take. And during those years, nursing degree was in demand. So, I just also follow the trend. But later on, I've realized that working in an office environment is the job that I want, but it's too late I've already in my nursing years when I realize my dream job. :( And now, I'm stock in our home, because applying as a nurse nowadays in our country will not give you enough allowance/salary Instead most of our nurses today are just volunteer nurse. FREE SERVICE but no allowance & salary. :/

Thanks for sharing your own experience. In life, we all have ups and downs. But remember that this is part of our existence in this world. Everything changes and we can't get back to our past. Even though that is now the situation right now with regards to nurses' situation here in our country, let us think positive and be hopeful. God will always there for us.

Hi! when i was still young i had a dream to become a good computer software engineer or game developer as i was very much interested in plating games. I wanted to develope games of my own and play. I imagined the kinds of games i wanted to play. I always said that i wanted to become a computer game developer. But now i am in the other way to my career. I am a medical student now. I am on a way to be a doctor. Nevertheless, i am interested in computer gaming, developing, software management, etc. Though i know very little about this but still i want to complete my childhood dream. I trying my best and giving my available time for this.

We are in the same boat. Our dreams during childhood were not we are today. It is some other way. I believe that God has reasons for this. Even though we are not taking our childhood dream, we still dream of it. We should be thankful that we are able to go to school and take other course. How pity of those who can't afford to go to school. Let us make our dreams come true.
