I had a lot of friends in my school and college days. But today I have very few of them around, all have moved ahead with their dreams and aims. Very few I am touch with are busy competing to survive and excel in their areas.
I am unable to make new friends or should I say ,dont want to. In school and college days we were of same age group, same interests, same projects to work on, same exams to face.I miss those days and those friends.I don't know am I right in wanting those days back?

Friends are really a very big part in anyone's lives. You know a person shares more secrets with his/her friends than his/her parents and partner. Friends are forever, there are very lucky ones who have their friendship alive till now like me. I have my school friends still with me(Thanks to Facebook).
You know when I left my school, I had to leave the city to move to a new place to study. There I got to hear one song on friendship. I heard it first and as it started after few seconds I started crying(I never cry mostly). I really missed my friends.
You know you can't figure out how precious someone is until you don't leave him. Same happened with me. Now I am back in the city and I really love my friends(we all call ourselves brothers ). I will never leave them in my life, they are the only one to live my life on.

I also missed so many friends. Sometimes somewhere I have to see some of them in my friends.! In that I talk with my friends in very happily. But I couldn't have to see all of them. You say that now I wish to come that days again..! But I think its not good as thinking in that way... Once time I read a story about the same topic. He is wished to go back on his younger days.. Its very comedy story. I have gor a good point in that story..

No one has ever been able to put the clock back in time. .It is not possible at all for friends to remain friends perpetually: it may be possible and there are known instances-but that is a matter of conjecture and one on which we don't exercise any control.
Why should we think that the best days were behind us? For an optimist, there is always a better today and an even better tomorrow. Without getting stuck with past, we must start living in the present moment and make best use of the present. You had good friends because you were as good as them. SO look for good people matching your own interests and continue building more friendships. I'm not saying that you nurture any hard feelings for your past friends because they are no longer keeping up with you: if there is mutual interest & convenience, keep them live.

It must be time for you to move forward, there will be many challenges ahead, and you will find friends along the way I'm sure. I remember having friends at college who were the same age.....etc. And it had been a very long time since I'd seen them again. While on facebook I managed to catch up with my old school friends and have them all on my friends list. I couldn't believe how much time had passed and now we've all grown up and have children of our own. It's good also to know who who your true friends are.
