No matter how less often i eat on fast food, i still sometimes get in to my urge to eat burger or fries. although not that often. but that few times i eat on those fast food surely had big impact on my health and also on my weight gain. i do love the McDonald's cheeze burger. it is better than the local Jollibee burger. although when i was younger i prefer the Jollibee burger. and i do love the KFC chicken sandwich also with mayonnaise on it. but it is really fattening as goes with big friens and upsize drinks.

Since I have a relatively fast metabolism, fast food doesn't do much to my weight but I know it's terrible for my health and I have really high cholesterol because of it! I hate sleazy fast food restaurants but sometimes they are the only thing convenient or open. I try to avoid going to them, but they are appropriate for my budget and that's why I spend my money there. Their foods are more greasy and contain cheap ingredients but healthy food seems too expensive these days so I try to find healthy food at fast food restaurants. The healthy menu is usually tasteless and dull, so it upsets me that I can't find good healthy food. Subway gets old after a while.

There are lots of fast food chains outside the building I work now. But after trying all the foods of KFC, Jollibee, Mc Donalds, Krispee Kremes. Ughh, I can't bear them anymore. I want real food! It would be better that you see those fast food chains everyday to wean yourself over them. It's a good tactic, and even now, I can't bear looking at them. :p

Fast foods are really yummy but then they create an impact on our weight and health. So as much as possible, I really try to avoid them. French fries is one of my favorite foods. I can't get enough of them. But then, I seldom buy them now because it contains so many cholesterol and calories.

I think it's going to be like that forever. I find that fast food chains offer foods that are so likeable that you cannot let it go totally. It is okay to eat in fastfood specially burger and fried but just don't do it too often as they are known to cause many serious health issues including obesity.

Why is it so bad if you just do it sometimes? If it isn't very often thats ok. And if you are worried about the calories you can just jump rope or do some yoga or any type of exercises really to burn it off. But I love McDonalds and KFC too.We don't have Jollibee here so I don't know what it is. Happy Mylotting! :)

Is there some way you can find a replacement that is healthier? Is it the actual food you crave (McDs? ) or just the idea of going for a "treat" and not having to fix something yourself? If you find a healthier alternative why not turn it into a social treat and get together with some friends for a "burger night" or lunch and make it a special occassion.

I think everybody has their own cravings. And burgers just like you are one of my cravings. I give in every now and then, to my cravings. When i do, i see to it that i compensate it with exercise or a curb of further appetite for the day. jJst to be sure also of my health, i would sometimes take an anti cholesterol pill. They are simple joys of life , so don't feel guilty about it.

It happens to me too. When I am out with friends I think I will not eat anything 'BAD'. And then when my friends start giving orders, I compromise to "Just 1 burger". Last saturday or something, I ended up eating three and having a sugar rush (High calorie diet).

When it comes to eating the things we like and eating things that we know are not at all good for us, we have to be very careful. Its all in the mind to be honest. sometimes it could be the lack of nutrients we need in our bodies to maintain a healthy status, so we go to those things that we like to eat and cant get enough of. I was also told by my physician that jsut because we feel the need to eat it is really drink that we need. Thats just liek when our stomach so call"growl" that does not mean that we are to look for food but to understand that soemtimes our bodies are trying to digest whats already there or letting us know that we need to drink more and hydrate ourself.
