You can serve a Fresh Berry Compote with Non-dairy whipping cream sweetened with a little confectioner sugar and fresh min on top.
I would also suggest berry or apple crumble you can use margarine to substitute your butter to make the streusel crust topping.Research it on the internet
You can also make eggless cake using mashed banana or apple sauce as your substitute for your eggs.
have a great day =)
happy baking!

Salads with apples and raisins are very good. All nuts add calories to your diet and they also have a bit of proteins. An apple crumble would be nice, if you want something sweet. But fasting has more to do with eating just enough so as not to be hungry. You donĀ“t want a vegan splurge

Congratulations! I wish you all the best in your endeavour. The more meatless meals we can have, the better. The better for us, for others, for the animals & for the planet. Your hip pocket will also benefit greatly in these difficult economic times as well as your health. Unfortunately I don't have a heap of recipes to dump in your lap, but as you say, there are many good online vegan recipe websites. One of these is vegweb.org & another from memory is veganchef. There is also http://vegerator.com/ where you can just key in the ingredients you have on hand & it'll spit out a vegan recipe for you!
