Last week I accidentaly found a site called UInvest. At first I tought it is just another HYIP but after I searched on internet, I found nothing bad about it. It is a company from Ukraine that searches bussines all over the world, that sell shares. They have 4 years online and are checked by COMODO. Now they started to send by mail chertificates of ownership. I think they will not turn to scam because it's their interest, they get 10% of your profit after you amortized your investition. In 15 nov I invested 45$ in 2 shares and in 15 dec will get the first dividents worth 5.8$. Will post when I'll get the dividents.

My view is that it appears to be an exceptionally well designed scam. An American company (no proof) operating in the Ukraine market? Dividend in one year is more than the value of the share? That just isn't how business works - anywhere! Any stock broker will sell you 100 to 500 shares on one certificate - NEVER one! It is a typical HYIP scam!

Umm, now your words made me think that it is a scam. This can really be. I mean why the hell any american company operate in Ukraine market. Yes, it is HYIP Scam. If it is not now then it will soon be converted into one. I can smell something fishy.

The Ukrainians have company law and share issuing laws just like anyone else. This site relies on people not knowing anything about the country. Have you seen any company registration documents - in Russian?

If everything goes well, I'll get a certificate of ownership soon and first dividents.
