Have you guys had problems with PTC sites?

I just started in the world of PTC. i'm a complete noob at this, thats why i'm having a very hard time trying to earn money. i just started like 3 or 4 days ago, i had my first referral a few hours ago, but it seems 1 refferal isn't enough. can somebody give me an advice on how to earn good money through this PTC sites it would be very helpful :D
