So what can you tell me about Recyclebank??

So I signed up for Recyclebank, but I really don't completely understand how it works, how you make money off of it, or if you really can make money off of it. Does anyone have any experience with this site? If so, do you have any tips? Is this site a good one? Should I continue participating or should I just give it up? Thanks.
