In recent years, after the stumble of Housing market, house and condo leaving so many empty houses all around the country. Instead, apartment or other rental properties are in good business, since many people are more favor in rental properties, rather than take full responsibility of owning a house or a condo. Now, the demand for rental properties is high, and there were many condos or empty old house might sold for really good price. If you have spare money to renovate a old property or so, that might be a earning opportunity. What do you think of it?
