How can i lose my belly fat?

So i have been working out for more than half a year, 7 days a week for like 2 hours and 30 minutes. I try to eat as healthy as i can, drink lots of water and keep away from junk food. However for some reason i can't seem to lose my belly fat. I have not seen any difference in the way I look and it is just frustrating. I would like to lose it without having to take any pills or other substances like that. Is there a way that i can get any closer to my goal and me being able to notice it?

Is the water that you drink cold? It's better to drink cold water because your body actually uses calories to warm it up.
Also, what kind of exercise do you do? Some exercises are better than others when it comes to losing belly fat. Do you do crunches? Those are really good. You can also look into exercise videos for "your core." You can find them online.
Are you a member of a gym? People there will be able to work with you personally and they will help you focus on work outs that will help with your stomach.

The water i drink is cold. I have actually started with a routine when it comes to working out. I have began videos from beachbody. I really hope it makes a diffrence. There are just some days when i feel like i will never be able to get to the point when i feel confident about my looks. Thanks.

I know how you feel. My sister does those exercise videos though, and she's a twig! So they work for her! I just get bored with them, I prefer jogging, swimming, and dancing crazily to fun music! lol

I believed that dringking cold water first thing in the morning helps our metabolism. Eith a good metabolism, the food that we eat will be digeted fasted and will not make into fat deposits. I started drinking cold water first thing in the morning 2 weeks ago and somewhat I noticed that it is effective. I'll try it more for about a month and I'll check if it's really effective.

Hello there hopeful1! I just wanted to let you yo know that I also wanted to lose my belly fat. I had done some researches lately and I discover that if we really wanted to lose belly fat we should do some some crunches and to jog and cardio exercise is also very helpful.
