There are times that we easily forget words that our mouth wanted to speak. But this is different when it comes to journalism. It's quite hard to do things that has a dreaded deadline and one of the worst case scenario is a writer's block. For those working as a freelance writer, i would like to know how you beat a writer's worst enemy the block that they call.

I'm not an expert on dealing with it, in fact, i suffered writer's block for two years for my fanfiction. Now, i'm rewriting, and with careful planning and support from the readers, i can say that i can do it better this time. to beat it? i think i would go out for awhile, have fun, spend time with people i wanna be with, read some interesting books, watch good movies, because the time when you are most relaxed is the time when you usually get hit with new ideas to write about. The pressure sometimes work against us, this is why, we shouldn't force ourselves. Since you have a deadline, it's much harder. i have no experiences on that so this is all i can tell you for now. Hope i helped. even just a little.

One has to live with it and bear the consequences. I quite understand your predicament when there is a deadline to meet. But have you not heard of writers who take years to finish their book. It is all because of this writer's block. I have not yet started as I so want to write a book and I just cannot do it despite having so many ideas and thoughts!

I am not in freelance writing, neither i write for media. I just write my blog, so it has never been a block for me. I write my blog posts when I feel like writing but some times I feel I should write but this writers block get me down. But that's not a major issue as much its my blog and I am the owner of it.
