I have this dilemma right now. I'm working on a company for almost 7 months already and I find the salary not enough to pay my bill. I am deciding to look for another job with a better pay. However, most of those kind of jobs are very stressful and requires me to change my normal sleeping time. Di I have to give up a good job that has less stressor or this work which has more brain cells to consume?

i know some work that pays high but with little stress! i saw this in my previous company where other people are working as a horse and others getting the same pay works with less stress! =( oh well but to answer your question... for me, i would want the higher pay - i can handle the stress. it can be turned into a good and positive challenge.

It is really a million dollar question. I think there is a minimum threshold of money that each person needs. Once a person reaches that level, he/she can then choose on whether they want to take up additional stress for more pay. Or stick to something that is less stressful with less pay. Cheers! Ram

if you get high p a y8ing stressful job and end up with a heart attack the less pay but less stressful job is a lot more healthy for you. you might make up the difference on sites like mylot and mysurvey.I worked for years as a nurses aid on 3 different shifts but i was young then and it did not stress me but in my older years i worked in the local library part time on good hours and no stress. I loved the job and the crew as we were like family.

What is the best for you, and what is the best to keep your living and all expenses. If I were you, I won't mind to work for something will pay better though. This is what we work for. If we can't even keep up with the everyday expense, we must find a way to keep up with it. So, it won't hurt to find a better job.

It totally depends on your needs. If you are not in need of money badly, I would suggest you prefer a low tension job with a fair pay. Its no use running behind money and not enjoying your life. Remember money is for living life to fullest. But Life is not just for earning a lot of money. :)
