Who are the true leaders of this land?

Here is a little thought to just put out here. What if we got rid of the true leaders of this land to be left in the hands of men that would eventually harm the environment more, make land more important then there own brother's, kill animals just for there hides and waste all the meat that could feed thousands of starving families. Are these the kind of people we really want to choose to be proud of forever? Or the kind of men who giant houses where only two people live while others go homeless, and believe that there culture and color of skin and even religion is the better one just because it is all they have ever known not because they really know this at all for sure. Perhaps, just perhaps here there were people here long before we settled this land here that had so much good knowledge to share with us and we only still understand a very tiny bit of this since we have tried our best to kill off there languge and beliefs and whole way of life really for so long now. The Native American tribes are very strong still in numbers, and in skills too know very well educated today. Doctors, nurses, layers, builders, scientists, engineers, computer programmers, artists, you name the profession out in this world today and I can almost guarantee to you that there are Native American people in this field as well, not to mention all of the one's serving the government as soldiers and other positions of protection. Native American's have always been there in history since day one serving along side the white man for peace and equality, education. So why is there still great people living on reservations not allowed to go build there own home where they would like to. A right all white men have today, this makes me so sad and depressed to see in our modern times it's just crazy that we have not yet improved our selves this way yet. Sure on the reservations they have healthcare, food, clothes, can buy whatever they need at all. Yet, they are still seperated from white men as much as the black man has been in the south with no drinking from the same water fountains and going to the back of the restaurant to be served out of sight from white people too. How do we still tolerate this today, with a black family living in our white house too even. I have new thoughts on this more now then ever and I think a change is coming very soon for the Native American man as well too. Thanks,A.B.

Hi lampar, no there is no debate here I simply meant by this was that we do have a History taught to us in the classrooms and by civilized man kind here of the settlers of the land here from Europe. Then, there is the more silent untold stories of the peoples who lived here before any of them on this land peacefully for thousands of years before the settlers too. Not quite sure why in our open minded civilized world today this should be such a closed subject still. There are millions still today in America who would not consider this great History to be silly at all too. Thanks for the comment quite helpful here, A.B. :)
