Is using BuxHost to create my own PTC really profitable?

I want to invest in the 3 month package on BuxHost (which will run me $59.00 USD), and I was curious to see if this investment would actually yield a decent return for me. I love PTC sites and the way they function, but I fear if I were to invest this amount of money, that I would never see it again. If I were to create this PTC site, under a prominent host, I would try my best to attract members from all around the globe, and I feel I could get a decent amount of active members registered! I would have a strong forum community, because I feel strongly about discussion, and I would try to enlist the best of staff to run the site! So do you think there is a chance of me making a decent return I invest this money? If not, why do you think so? Have you had previous experience with your own bux site, or have you used this hosting service before? If so, what were your results and did you receive a return on your investment?
