West Indies amassed a huge total of 575/9 at the end of second day of 3rd and final cricket test match being played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Top six batsmen all contributed each one making 50 plus score. Dwayne Bravo was impressive with 166, his third century in four tests. Ashwin took 4 wickets, debutant Varun Aaron took 3 and Sharma and Ojha took one each. It appears W.I. are more interested in avoiding the white wash then enforcing a face saving win in the series which has already been lost. Most expected them to declare at the end of the day giving India at least 5 overs to claim one or two wickets. It is always difficult to commence a fresh innings at the end of the day. Most of the times the side end up loosing a wicket or two. W.I. strategy may be to take as much time as possible and wait for the wicket to crumble and take advantage of it. What do you think about this?

This pitch is made for the batsmen. Every batsmen cashed in and hence West Indies have batted on for two days now. I think India should simply bat the remaining three days. This gives Sachin a chance to go for his 100th 100. This is really a very very poor pitch for a test match.
I already declare this match a draw. :)
Cheers!

West indies are trying to draw this match to avoid a white wash its clearly seen from the way their batsmen were batting for the past two days on a wicket like this i think big scores are easy to come. So i think India has to play a careful innings to win this match and the much awaited 100th century of Sachin has to come in this match because this is the last and final test match in this series and more than that this is his home town he has to make his 100th century here. Waiting and praying for a whitewash with a Sachin's century. All the best Sachin
