Best and fast way to work with PTC sites

Hi mylotters, I guess there are many PTC clickers or PTC addictors those who doing since from many days or may be years too.I just want to know how do they manage to complete all the sites within a short time.I try to reduce the time by doing some tricks like using lastpass for login and passwords,flashblock,stopautoplay.Is there any other ways to increase the speed of doing PTC more effectively.I would like hear from you...Any suggestions to increase the speed of completing the sites.
