Today i have came to know a site clickerpay which will pay to members to browse the ads, but i didnot know whether it pay to free members, as its shows that you have to purchase some plan and on the basis of this he pay after 19 days, can any one join their site and earn money from this site, as this site is operated from russian domain, can this site is legal or scam, also if i want to invest is it good earning opportunity their without any referrer.
