For the few people in blessing longevity and health gift of longevity is in obtain, among others, because they understand the power of the sun, they wake up and start actifity when dawn when the sun sank and they make time for rest/sleep, sun ultraviolet beam emanating from the sun is natural sterilizer to kill the fungus and bacteria du our skin, while increasing the production of hormone vitamin D. The light can also stimulate the immune system.incrase natural killer cell actifity, but direct contac with sunlight for long periodes can also cause damage skin, such as skin cancer, heat stroke, dehydration to reduce immune fuction. And i heard limit for direct contact with the sun just 30 minuts each day, performed 2 hours after sunrise and 2 hours before sunset, so how about people who work in outside and always contact with the sun is they healty???? I need advice for this :).

Sun light is healthy when received early in the morning. But as the sun goes up, it becomes less desirable and can cause negative effect on your skin's health. If ever you are interested in exposing your skin to healthy sun light, then you must do it early in the morning, not later.

You have to take care of your skin, wearing clothes that to protect your skin like hats, long pantsect.
Clothes: Clothes designed to cover the most skin provide the most protection. Long-sleeved shirts with collars, long pants, and shoes and socks provide the best coverage.
Hats: The most sun protective hats have a wide brim all the way around. Other hats, such as baseball caps, can also provide some sun protection – just remember to also use sunscreen or a gaiter to protect your ears and the back of your neck
Take care of your eyes too.
Read labels to find sunglasses or goggles that block 99 to 100 percent of UVA and UVB radiation.
And finally use a sunscreen with this characteristics:
Apply the sunscreen generously to all exposed skin – most people do not use enough sunscreen and therefore do not get the maximum protection.
Reapply every two hours, and even more frequently if you are sweating, getting wet, or are in a windy climate.
Apply 30 minutes before going outside.
I hope this can help you, the skin is the largest organ of our body so we have to care of it.
