I have money in my PayPal account. I can't make withdrawals because it requires a 9-digit bank code. None from the banks that I asked from the Philippines know so far what has to be done. Does anyone knows the solution? I don't want my money ended-up to Ebay or somewhere else.

You can open an EON account with Unionbank. They have and FAQ on how to connect your account with Paypal. It does not have a maintaining balance and you can monitor your account online.

You may open new account and make a request from new pay pal account. Hope it work like I did suggesting you to do. Good Luck.

Unionbank Philippines has a bank code. Just go to their website then search for the bank code or you can go to FAQ. if you need further assistance just call their hotline. I will be having my Account Verified by Paypal for me to wirthdraw my money too. Goodluck and enjoy your earnings.
