outsource-net.com review, is this a legitimate site for online jobs and earning?

First of all, apologies for opening up another discussion on online jobs. I am looking to making up a small time living by taking online jobs and thought of posting a discussion here which could help me and others. I am not even sure if I can post it here but if someone can provide valuable suggestions, it would surely help.
I came across this website http://www.outsource-net.com who claim to provide plenty of online data entry, blog writing and online survery jobs at a whopping pay of $10 to $35 per hour. I think thats a lot of money for an online data entry or survery or blog posting work and not sure if it is a legitimate site. Can someone suggest please?

hi, I joined iwriter by reading a discussion here. try it, its really good. they pay for writing articles based on instructions given by requester. you are allotted an hour or two to write and submit. I also joined Odesk but it seems too formidable for me,I will wait and see. best of luck.
one more thing, Insta studios is also good for Indians only, log in thru face book and write short answers and you get paid thru bank account directly.
