accident in the office

I found my friends has got finger injury when he is trying to close the filing cabinet and his finger pinched out there in between the slides..Previously, there are microwave oven blown out when my friend try to boil a cup of soup..actually, this kind of accident can be prevented but still occur due to people always underestimate small things in the office..What do you think about this? Have you experienced this kind of accident?

I think these are human mistakes. We have these kind of incidents happening even at home. So I would simply say that this is just something that happens every now and then. I have seen such accidents happen at my office as well. We have a first aid kit in the office for avoiding such incidents.

I work in a lab.
Always, there are accident during work.
Both glassware and chemicals are dangerous.
Though we are careful, it can happen.
Being too familiar with it can cause carelessness.
