That's what we call a game

A pleasant Thanks-giving Day, dear mylotters.
I have been busy preparing for a speaking contest these days. Besides the contest, I also had to attend classes in the daytime. I didn't get enough sleep and everyday I would feel so tired. But that's nothing compared to the great pressure in my heart. I am always afraid that I'm not strong enough even though my teacher told me that I was great. So I really practiced very hard. But I guess success really needs some luck. And I was not so lucky to have a good result even if I was well prepared. This is what we call a game. Even if it's not fair, everything ended and you are not able to change the rules or the result.
For such a long time, I still feel at loss. My teacher and friends gave me comfort that I would win the game one day because they knew I was strong. Now I still feel so. But I just can't forget the bad result I got. That's kind of unfair. Do you ever come into such circumstance and how did you handle it?

Hello aquacan,
I think its natural for human being to feel sad and depressed after losing a game. But as you said that's life, sometimes we win sometimes we lose. But its not about winning or losing, its about how you accept the result of the game. You can choose to stay depressed or you choose to stand up, be strong and this experience would be a learning lesson for you. These are just trials and in the long run you will win, and victory would be so much sweeter because of the struggles you experienced.
Keep on the fighting spirit and have fun! Stay safe!

I know you will have your own success aquacan. Just make sure you stay focus on your goal and do whatever to reach it. don't be discourage by other people because there would be a lot of forces that would put you down. but don't mind them, you are a champion and you can be successful!
