First of all, I think that if Leonardo said this, he knows what he is talking about so maybe this is true.
But I don't see how Beckham could help any of the teams which want to win trophies, as he is out of the great football for years now and he has not got younger. And I never seen Beckham as a great player, he was only a good one, who had the luck to be a commercial figure, especially after the 2002 World Cup. But taking a look at his sporting performances, he hasn't been a real giant, never.

Beckham was always a committed player, he didn't had this star allure regarding the attitude on the field, he always accepted the trainer's decisions without making fuss like many other well known players.
His life outside the pitch has brought him more money than he could ever dreamed of, so it is normal that he wanted to get the best out of it.

Yes, Beckham is always interested in playing, and that's one reason why he has been playing all over, in different leagues. He's a top notch player with lots of experience and that definitely helps with European clubs. Furthermore, he's not a fast player to start with, but he brings accuracy in his pass and cross to the clubs. Before a goal is scored, it needs some form of assist and that's where he comes in perfectly.

Wow!! That is some news. I am not sure in what capacity PSG has taken Beckham. I do not think he will have lot of game time as an outfield player. Maybe he will feature as substitute. But maybe he is being taken to mentor the players.
Cheers!
