I do alot of quilting. Take all the old clothes that don't fit my girls and make quilts out of them. My best one was a memory quilt I made for my oldest daughter.

My mother told me to save my kids old clothes and if I someone is giving clothes away to keep those too. Her idea was to make quilts out of the old clothing. Great idea if she actually did it and I wasn't the one to store all of the clothes for her. I purged mountains of cloth that I had collected for my mother.
I do sew clothing for my grandkids and kids. I approach it one thing at a time though. No longer am I foolishly saving things.

I wish I wouldn't save either but I cut them up right away so that way there isn't as much.

I do as long as I'm not making clothing. The clothing never seems to fit like I was it to. Maybe Im to much of a perfectionist when it comes to crafts and things of that sort.

I don't but would like to if ever I have the time. You can develop your creativity there.
