No one enters a serious romantic relationship anticipating a break up, but it can happen. And no relationship is immune. Breaking up with someone you deeply care about can mean a bitter fall from the heights of joy to the depths of rejection. Dreams can turn to nightmare and desires drown in depression. However, a broken heart need not leave you in pieces. When your relationship is on the rocks, here's how to keep yourself together.
1. Don't fall apart, instead, take a deep breath.
2. Don't do something foolish.
3. Don't turn bitter and try to get back at the person who has rejected you with, what
I call, psychological murder.
4. Don't beg.
5. Don't isolate yourself after a breakup.
6. Don't be ashamed to grieve over your loss.
7. Don't jumped immediately into another relationship.
8. Don't punish yourself.
9. Treat the other kindly.
10.Don't give up on God.

Yes that's true, as if everything in human life existence can be treated by science now. Just always remember when you are hurting, you need friends who will support you, allow friends to comfort you and to be sounding bosrd of your feelings. God bless

Taking in to account we can't really help how we feel it would be good if we could turn our emotions off like a tap but we can't, a broken heart is painful but as you say it is best to try and go on, the best revenge of all is to pick your-self up, go out and continue living and keep looking gorgeous so maybe they will see what they have lost...

Yes lilaclady I agree with you. Smile, even though faintly, and calmly say, " I'm sorry you feel this way. I was hoping our relationship would be a long-term one. But I respected you too much to try to force you to love me. I hope we can remain friends, but the most important thing is to allow God to lead us." This speech blow the other person away-and hopefully pave the way to a continuing friendship, even though it's not a growing one. You don't have to part enemies. God bless
