My girlfriend has a problem with his blood pressure. she has low blood pressure. in my country, the natural medicine for low blood pressure is to eat goat meat. but in our opinion, excessive eating goat meat is not too good for health. is anyone know, a natural medicine (such as food, or fruits, even vegetables) that can increase blood pressure?

I think I also have a low blood pressure. Sometimes I feel some pain on the back of my neck and having tremendous headache and feels like I wanna vomit. I also have a friend who is anemic and is taking vitamin B supplements. I also heard that leafy veggies are good for people who have low blood pressure.
I don't think it's a good thing to eat goat meat cos I think it has so much cholesterol.

Garlic is one of the best natural medicine for high blood pressure, it's better taken roasted than fried in oil for obvious reasons. If your friend does not like the smell or the taste or if it's not part of his natural diet. garlic oil in capsules is readily available in most shops selling health foods.. I think drinking lots of water also helps(water therapy). High blood pressure is a product of bad eating through out the years, it's not a disease in itself but could be a symptom of other underlying diseases like kidney or renal problems. so it's also good to seek doctor's advice to pinpoint what is causing the high BP.

There are studies said to be a cure of LOW BP is goat meat. But, it may be risky because there are many factors that arises to LOW BP, some due to genetic, biological and social environment. For one's taken like goat meat, the reaction to a person may be different to another.
I suggest you to try her to use the following "
1. Epsom salt treatment before bedtime, if you have a bathtub fill it with warm water and add 1-2 cups of epsom salt, then take a bath and sit for atleast 20 minutes then afterwards, dry off and go to bed. Monitor her BP when in BED.
2. Add salt in her drinking water for every 1 glass with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. The daily recommend for water intake is atleast 8 glasses a day. She needed to take many fluids for it to circulate well in her body.
3. Healthy exercise like walking around 15-20 minutes each from home and work is good.
4. Take vitamin supplements like VITAMIN B and C this is proven to treat LOW BP.
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grain, poultry and even seafood is good also for her.
5. Drink of raw beetroot juice daily is effective for LOW-BP
Lastly, try all these together then manage to compare her BP count every day by writing it in paper for you to see if it is gives additional progress for the treatment on her condition.

I think you should try guava fruit (in Indonesia known as buah jambu biji). As long as I concern, this fruit also can be use in first aid for dengue fever (in Indonesia known as penyakit demam berdarah).
Happy lotters
For Admin: Sorry, I'm not sure the name that I mention above in English. Since Ekotyas came from Indonesia, I decide to write it in Indonesian language.

I advise her to hydrate herself. Drinking juice or water is helpful in stabilizing the body's fluid. After all, the water that you take goes to the blood stream and excreted to the urine. But that's okay, make sure to replenish by drinking another glass. I think this is better than adding salt since salt is not so good for the kidneys. Balance diet is also necessary.
