I think I am going to love slice the pie

I've been reading about this site SLICETHEPIE in many discussions here in mylot, I got interested with it because I really love listening to the music, so for me it would be like a second mylot where I am earning some money while enjoying what I am doing, but I never joined this site before because most of the time I spend in the net is when I am in the office and we are not allowed to use headset and play music in our PC, because we have sound system for the whole department so no need for that. Slicethepie came up to my mind today because I don't have much work to do in the office almost the whole day so I just check some sites that is mentioned in some discussions here in mylot and since my boss is not in the office I think of trying slicethepie and I really like the platform of the site it is so simple and easy to use. I don't think much about the earnings (but of course I still want to earn more if I can) when I tried it because I would enjoy listening to music even without any payment, but in my first review I was surprised that I've earned 7 cents by just giving a really short (but good) review. Are you a member of this site? Is it the usual amount of payment for new members? Because there's a note there that the base salary is just $.02 so I expected earning just around that amount. Can you share some tips on how to earn more in slice the pie? Is it easy to rank higher? Do they have many available songs for review daily? Did they pay you in time?

I hope it starts working again! I's been down for me for a few days now and each time I open the window, the page is just empty. No song is playing and not buttons are there. It's a bit glitchy and nothing's working. I need to earn more on that site!

Oh I see I hope they can make it work smoothly again because I really want to spend a lot of time in this site if they have 50-100 songs available for review I won't have any problem with it I love listening to music.

My friend, I am sorry to tell you that Slicethepie is not for international users. So if your are from the Philippines you can't qualify. It used to be for international users and in fact I was one of the members of this awesome site. I made so much money reviewing music here but suddenly it limited its membership to US citizens only (and few other nationalities, if I am not wrong) so since then I was no longer able to review music there. Nevertheless I am thankful that at least I earned good money during the time it was still open to international users.

Yes same here, I am getting that same error message as well. This site is certainly just for US and European citizens indeed so even if you were able to review that does not mean they already changed their rules. It could have been some glitch that they were unable to locate your location at first. You better just forget about Slicethepie for this is not for us. Let us just wish another site like this will someday open to international users.

Someone also mention that in some of the responses but how come I was able to review 2 songs in my office PC? I am quite confused now, because when I tried at home I can't access it showing an error message "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied".

oh that is a really bad news I would really enjoy this site, why is it that most good earning sites are usually for US resident only (sigh) maybe you can just share some of the good sites you are earning from

Philly, I just joined Slice The Pie. The more reviews you write, the faster your rank will increase. Slice The Pie is a fun and enjoyable site. Payments are made through Paypal. The minimum payout amount is ten dollars.

Yeah lara is right slicethepie pays its members for writing constructive review of songs from new artists. You will listen to a song for at least a minute and you will rate it from 1-10 and make a review about the song, listing what you liked and what you didn't like about the song.

I've been a member there for 2 months and cashed out a few times! I love it! You can earn so much just for writing a few lines but after reviewing like 30 reviews, your words begin to sound the same so I have to be creative and change my words. I earn a lot there compared to mylot, it was the best earning site so far until it changed and now it's having some issues right now. I haven't been on for a few days, hope it stops lagging and it's up again. I'm still a but unfamiliar with the new system but it's way better than the old system where you earn more by getting star ratings which changed constantly. Pretty much your rank depends on how accurate you are in your rating out of ten with the other people and you get paid for for each close rating you get to the average I guess. I don't know what you write effects your rank but anyway, each time you get experience points but I have no idea what that does. Maybe you earn more when you gain experience. It's all about giving the songs the right ratings and then you'll earn much more. Base salary is the last you can get topped off with your review.

I have reviewed over 5,000 songs there and sometimes I know what you mean I have to take a break and think what I can say different.

wow 5,00 songs? you probably have earned a lot from this site, unfortunately it seems that it is not for international users because some lotters who responded here told me about that and right now I can't access it anymore maybe I was able to review 2 songs yesterday because of the site's technical problem that the system didn't recognize right away that I am not from US.

base on my first 2 reviews I think I can agree with you that it is a really good earning site. But I am quite confused right now because some of the guys who respond here said that slicethepie only accepts members living in US, I am from Philippines but if that's the case then why I was able to successfully review two songs

You can earn more by writing quality reviews. I recently started using this site as well and I have close to three dollars. I have been a member since lastweek. I like it

Yeah I know it's about giving quality review but I also want to know some details about the ranking/experience thing and how will it affect the earnings. For just a new member I can say that what you have earned in just a week is not that bad.

I joined slicethepie a while back now, but I didn't really log on that much (not sure why though). I've been using it a lot more ever since the new slicethepie came. It's a pretty good way to earn. I'm not sure how the payment works now, because sometimes I get paid 4 cents, and other times 7 cents. I don't really mind not getting it, I think the earnings are pretty good, and it's kind of fun to do. :)

I LOVE Slice The Pie! I've been using it for a few years now and it's definitely the easiest site to earn money on in my opinion. I've received quite a few payments from them so of course they're definitely legit! They have pretty good music on their too, you hear celebrity hits their quite frequently :)

I had been a member of this site and yes they do pay for listening music and giving review.Just Keep One thing in Mind your comment on songs should not be of same nature for every song otherwise you will be banned, As I was banned. So keep enjoying music and earning money there.

I've been a member at slicethepie for about a year now. I went into it fairly strong and received a payment after about a 2 weeks. I ended up falling out of it because of frustration with their points system, but now have returned because everything has changed. I definitely enjoy it more now and find it very easy to earn from them. Plus, to my surprise, after over half a year of being absent from the site, my earnings are still there. That made me even happier. Good luck to you and happy earning.

Is it? But I was able to review to songs in my office PC, maybe that's why the site show me an error message "forbidden: access is denied" when I try to access it a home, but if they don't accept members outside of US then how come I was able to use it in my office PC. I hope someone can clarify it
