I think that you only want a social bookmarking for your site, try other options like a free plugin, the template with that social bookmarking have been paid for premium. Hello Syoti! I feel if you are not happy with default template provided on the site, you can try out various free templates on the site. I don't think you have to be good with HTML codes to do that. But yes, if you are looking to customize the site, you can add page elements by choosing optional features provided on site. Just go through the help section or web forum to find out the best option that works on the site. I would also suggest you try to drag and drop page elements in the edit layout section from your dashboard. You've got me stumped. I hate coding and I hate templates. I like WYSIWYG editors for my own web site and then they stopped supporting the program I was using and I haven't been able to understand what I have to do to implement the new one the way it's supposed to be. I do manage to use wordpress, but I really don't like blogger much because it is hard to get things where I want them. You need help from someone more knowledgeable than me. The first thing you need to know is if the program or template allows you to do what you want to do. If it doesn't, you are wasting your time to keep trying to solve it. Some things just won't work because they aren't designed to be changed.

Use adobe dreamweaver to edit templates of others and then simply switch between the code view amd split view option in dreamweaver. inspite of learning books arrange lynda.com video tutorials they'll give u better understanding in less time and use dreamweaver tools...you'll develop a good site very soon...
