Philippines population today is about 95 million. We do the math,and we are fully aware that this number doesn't match to a comfortable living in the land,plus of course the so many adverse effects of it economically. But we are so spiritual also on the other hand. Do you think,RH Bill can be an aid to solve or minimize population control in the Philippines?
