These days I am so happy without any pressure forcing me to do anything I do not like.Tired, just have a rest in bed or on the sofa.Hungry ,just cook myself.Thirsty, just have a cup of coffee.lonely ,just go hiking with my friends.Wow,such days like this......without any pressure... Will it be long? Is this life I really want?

This is how my days are no thankfully. I went from a really pressure filled day to nada and its great!
Before, I had to get my kids up and ready for school. Get them to school then off to work where the pressure of everything keeps building and building. Then out of work, off to get the kids, come home cook, clean and get lunches ready for the next day.
Since I've been laid off, now all I have to do is make sure I get the kids up and off to school with lunches packed. Clean a little bit and do some laundry. Then I get to just sit around and relaxing and enjoy the day!

Good day, hoohaa. I like days without pressure too. I have been busy taking part in all kinds of activities since I entered university. Of course I learned a lot from those acitivities and grew up quickly. But on the other hand, I have been bearing much pressure at the same time. It takes time and much energy to get a good result. So I don't have any time to go shopping, travelling or anything else. I would be thrilled if only I could have a ten-hour sleep. So it would be wonderful that I could live a life without pressure.
But life would be quite dull without pressure to some extent. Sometimes we say we don't know how excellent we are if we don't push ourselves forward. Proper pressure would keep us motivated. So I think we should strike a balance.

I think, you should find other activities than currently you have done everyday. The same activity will make you bored. Boredom is a form of stress. Avoid things that can make you stressful. Change your habits and activities at this time. Find a good habit or activity and positive for you.

Is that all there is to life hoohaa? Try touching anything else and pressure will chase you But if you do not touch anything else you wil get bored with what you are doing now. Imagine a daily routine such as this lasting a life time!
