How do I treat my cold ?

How are you guys?
There is a problem of man I am cold. Many doctors in the treatment but to no avail, please tell me if you have a certain'm very upset with this cold.

for the symptomatic relief u need an antiallergic like cetrizine.for infection u need an antibiotic course.but the most important thing is steam inhalation.hope u get well soon
