I usually drink green tea after my lunch and it really help us in our digestion and to have a healthy metabolism.Green tea had a lot of health benefits in our body.It also help people who wants to lose some weight and to maintain their body structure.Yes indeed, it taste bitter but i think it's not a part of medicine but a beverage which is a good anti oxidant to our body.

I think it it better for green tea to be consumed as part of a diet because of the already proven benefits to health, such as its antioxidant activity which could be useful to slow down the aging process as well as some effects on metabolism. I have seen many people drinking green tea as a daily routine (or ritual, if you may ) instead of the more popular coffee, and I think that is a good thing. But regardless of whether it is part of a diet or used as a medicine, one thing is crystal clear: it's good for our health!

Green tea is a considered as big part of NATURAL MEDICINE meaning pure natural formed extracted ingredients that is why the taste is bitter when taken. Medicine either in form of natural type or chemical based one has one significant common factor beneficial for us " the termed MEDICINE IS A CURE of any illnesses". Therefore, if we cure ourselves from whatever illness we have, we DIET ourselves meaning "WE RESTRICT, ELIMINATE OR ADD SOMETHING NEEDED FOR OUR BODY AS TO CURE OR SUPPLEMENT. So, I agree with you that is more of MEDICINE part. Unlike if we do not need any medicine, therefore we do not need any diet at all because what we consume is unlimited right? So, if you are taking Green tea as a diet? it is also same as a CURE like medicine that is needed for your body as great supplement of nutrients but does not mean you are totally ill. YOu are taking it as a form of diet and cure to have a healthy body. Here in our country, GREEN TEA also have capsule forms to avoid the bitter taste, so therefore it is also a MEDICINE if you will see its coated capsules same as other chemical based capsules. HAve a great time here at mylot
