1. Can I talk about money transfers on here (such as Alertpay and Paypal)?
2. Can I talk about online opportunities?
I know I can't post links.
I know the line about "read the TOS". However, I'm strapped on cash, and I have the necessary amount of money to complete something, but I need to transfer it to my Alertpay from my Paypal.
