I am travelling to Florida soon and I plan to visit Orlando in order to visit some of their worldfamous amusement parks. Have any of you been to any of them? If so, which ones did you like the best? For now, I think I have decided to go to Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom, not too sure about the others. So any advice or suggestions would be welcome! :) Is one day per park enough timewise?

Hello Pucca. That sounds very exciting. I have not been to Orlando yet. In fact that is one place in the US which I have been dreaming of enjoying a holiday, but still haven't made it. I am sure there are so many places one can spend the time and enjoying. Have a nice trip !

Ok this is a discussion I can enjoy LOL First when are you coming to Orlando I don't mean day just month would give me a good idea. next question is are you from Florida or Georgia? If either state they give discounts to us not offered to other states for coming down. Now Universal Studios is in the downtown heart of Orlando. So it and Sea World are pretty close within driving distance of each other. Once I did Universal been there done that and was done. It was not as glamorous to me as Disney World. Disney World has Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios. Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios are smaller parks and you can do them in a day. Magic Kingdom and Epcot, you need at least 2 days for each park Magic Kingdom is divided into 4 themes within the park Like Adventureland, Future Land etc. Epcot, the first half is all rides and hands on theme park, but when you cross over the bridge to the other half of Epcot you will be transformed to discovering different countries (Mexico, Africa, Canada, Italy, France etc) I lived in Tampa which is an hour and half away from Disney World and I bought a annual pass and I know I still did not see everything that Epcot has to offer. I think adults find Epcot more fun than the little ones even though there are a few rides that they will enjoy. If you are not staying on Disney's park resorts, and need to save a few dollars check into hotels in Kissimmee,Florida. If you stay on 192 off I-4 you have a direct route for anything you want to do with shopping, hotels, eating, even an awesome flea market. Also one of the most beautiful dinner/show production in Orlando I think is Medieval Times. There is an Old Town too and there is a hotel accomodations there that offer a livingroom, full kitchen, bathroom and full bedroom with a sliding patio. they have always been reasonable and a good rate. they have an extra bed that folds out from the wall in the livingroom and the sofa also will be a sleeper if needed. TV in the livingroom and bedroom. If by chance you find yourself in Tampa Busch Gardens is AWESOME! My son made me get an annual pass to there til we moved to the top of the state. this is like a combination theme park plus zoo with all the animals from around the world. I actually liked Busch Gardens better than universal studios. but of course everyone is different. If I can help any other way and you have more questions just send me a message. I will be around for 12 more days then My husband and I are traveling to Port Canaveral (by Daytona Beach) for our 7 day cruise.
